The Hotel Doryssa
Bay is located near Pythagorio Village in Samos Island.
It is a comprehensive Holiday Resort, with Rooms
by the sea, built with an artistic feeling and with
respect for the architectural and cultural tradition
of the Island, similarly, it is an ultramodern Hotel,
equipped with all the necessary facilities in order
to meet the requirements of its guests. It is the
ideal place to hold Conferences and other cultural
activities.
Accommodation
All the Rooms & Suites
have a View to the Sea or the Garden, a Balcony or
Veranda and Air Conditioning. Among other facilities
they offer Bathroom, Wall Hairdryer, Wall Plug for
Shavers, Satellite TV, Pay TV, Radio, Refrigerator,
Opener, Safe ( only for the Rooms situated at the
Central Building. As for the Rooms of the Village
there is a Main Safe at the Reception ), Shopping
Bag and Swimming Towels. There are essential Kitchen
Facilities in the Village Rooms and a small Living
Room ( Suites ) and essential Facilities in the Suite
and Kitchenettes.
Restaurants
Asterias Tavern
is situated on the Beach, and at noon operates as
a Self Service from noon to 7:00 p.m. Our half board
clients can swap meals and have Lunch here instead
of a Dinner. In the evenings, Asterias operates as
a A La Carte Tavern, with Live Music from 08:00 p.m.
till 02:00 a.m. The Kochili Snack Bar is located
on the Beach right next to the Swimming Pool and
operates daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Here
you can enjoy a cup of coffee, have a snack or just
relax after swimming drinking fresh juices, draft
beer or enjoying an ice-cream.
Bars
At the Village
Square, next to the Church, we find the Aegean Sea
Cafe. It is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The friendly and traditional feeling of the establishment
are virtually those of the Villages of Samos, from
the way of life and the serenity point. Here one
can taste the Traditional Greek coffee prepared at
the ember, drink an ouzo or wine along with local
mezedes ( small appetizers ), or play the classic
backgammon. At the Main Building, in front of the
Garden and the fountain, you can take your drink
or the Cocktail of the Day in Ippocampos Bar listening
to soft music in a friendly atmosphere every day
from 6:00 p.m. to midnight. Right next to the Main
Reception is the Piano Bar. Indoors or Outdoors on
the Veranda, overlooking the pond with ducks and
several times a week accompanied by piano melodies,
you can enjoy your drink.
Sports & Animation
As for those
looking for intensity in their activities, Doryssa
Bay Hotel, through its Animation Program, has a satisfactory
schedule of Sport Activities within its Sport Facilities.
More specifically, and within our facilities, one
may find: A Football Field 5x5. A Beach Volley Field.
A Tennis Court. Windsurfing. Aqua-bikes. Mini Golf.
Ski. Canoes. Ping-Pong. A Playground for Children.
French or American Style Billiards. There is also
an olympic- size pool with shallow end for our little
friends. The jacuzzi is next to the pool for excite
and relax you.
